Welcome to Written in the Sand, a breezy, updated beachfront townhouse designed for easy coastal living Just steps from the ocean - literally one house - this light-filled, multi-story home offers water views from the balconies, a relaxed open living area, and a private fenced backyard that’s perfect for grilling, unwinding by the fire pit. Comfortable, walkable, and thoughtfully stocked, it’s an ideal beach escape for families and friends.

Booking process - IMPORTANT!

- After booking, you will immediately receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our occupancy agreement. Please do not forget - by sigining, you trigger your check-in information. If you do not sign the agreement, you will not receive your check-in infomation.
- Once signed, you will be emailed a link to your GUEST PORTAL, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.

Guest Portal

- Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal
- Early check-in options appear 5 days before check-in. You may request it through your Guest Portal
- A $25 per dog, per stay fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal.

Written in the Sand blends coastal charm with modern comfort. The open layout makes it easy to gather, while multiple levels provide space to spread out. With beach access just steps away and indoor–outdoor living throughout, this home is set up for relaxed vacation days from start to finish.

Pet-friendly perks

We’re happy to host your dogs (sorry, no cats). We provide a dog blanket for the couch, a water bowl, and waste bags. As a welcome gift, your pup gets to take home an embroidered leash.

We keep a Hi-chair and Pack-n-Play property at all times.

Note Remodel/Video: We have provided a walk-through video but it was taken prior to the kitchen remodel. Everything is better than the video shows! Just a heads up that if you are expecting a dated tile kitchen, it is now a granite, luminous open space. :)
